- Imran Mughal Review added: 2018.02.14★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Food is lovely.... Except, they didn't deliver on time. 40 minutes late in fact. When we asked to get a discount they said no. So I gave the driver ⅔ of the bill rather than go hungry.
It didn't help that the person taking the call told us we'd get it by 9:10pm and then later said we didn't give a time! Very unhappy about that.
So in summary definitely go to the restaurant as the food is very nice, I've been there plenty of times. If you'd like to order at home either record your telephone conversation or get the phone attendant to repeat your order and delivery time twice! It was the 1st time I ordered from home and unfortunately I won't be ordering for home delivery again.
Some customer service training would serve you very well as the manager wasn't polite when taking the call. It's such a shame.
