- Nick Maden Review added: 2018.10.10★ ★ ★ ★ ★5 star service. I was never 100% happy with the output from our log burner since moving in 2 years ago. The air vent adjustment never made any difference. During the sweep I questioned this and Will told me what all the bits were, what they do and when best to use them. There was no mess at all following the sweep due to attention to detail in the preparation.
Will even have me advise on how to sweep the chimney myself (which I won't be bothering to do).
The first light after the sweep the burner burnt far hotter than it did before and the I could see a clear difference in the. Flame when opening and closing the air vents! It is now like having a new burner.
I was very pleased with the service and was happy to pay more than that the agreed price.
